What’s Included in a Jayco Service?

Each service covers the key safety and maintenance areas of your caravan.

Typical checks include:

• Brake system inspection and adjustment
• Wheel bearings inspection and repack (replace if required)
• Suspension and chassis inspection
• Electrical systems and lighting checks
• Gas system safety check
• Water system and plumbing inspection
• External seals, fittings and body check
• Appliance check (fridge, hot water, air conditioning)

Additional items can also be looked at if needed, such as wheel alignments, battery checks, or replacing worn components.

How Long Does a Service Take?

Most standard services are completed within the day.

If your caravan needs additional repairs or parts, it may take a bit longer. This depends on the condition of the van and what we find during the inspection.

We’ll always keep you in the loop so you know exactly what’s happening and when your van will be ready.

First Service? Here’s What to Expect

If your caravan is new, your first service comes after the initial “shakedown” trips.

We recommend taking a couple of short trips before your first service and keeping note of anything that doesn’t feel quite right—no matter how small.

Bring those notes along when you book in, and we’ll make sure everything is checked and sorted.
