Returns Policy

Here at Caravan Services we offer a lenient returns policy as we want you to be confident in our products and our service.  We will accept returns for change of mind, incorrect item supplied and warranty issues.  Please see our terms and conditions below.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind with regards to a purchase, we will exchange or refund the purchase price provided that the item has not been used, marked or damaged and returned at the buyers expense in the original packaging along with the receipt, within 14 days of purchase.  Freight charges will not be refunded and if freight was included in the sale price, this amount will be deducted from the refund.  Sanitation products that have been opened or installed may not be returned.  Special ordered stock may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Incorrect Item Supplied

If an error is made by us, we will pay all costs incurred to rectify the problem.  If we send the wrong product, or if information displayed on our website is incorrect we will send you the correct product or refund your purchase.  We will also reimburse you for the freight charges.

Warranty Issues

Manufacturers warranty applies to all our products.  Standard warranty periods are 12 months for appliances and 3 months for spare parts.  If you have a warranty problem within this period please contact us.  Warranty terms and conditions are decided by the manufacturer.  They will usually repair or replace the item.  Manufacturers warranty does not cover any damage caused in transit.  Please unpack and inspect your item on receipt.  If there is any damage please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods.
