Returns Policy

At VanGo Caravan Services, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Below is a clear outline of how returns and warranty claims are handled.

Please include your name, contact details and proof of purchase with the returned item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we can offer an exchange or refund provided:

  • The item is unused and not installed
  • It is in original condition
  • It is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is supplied
  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase

Please note:

  • Return freight is at the buyer’s expense
  • Freight charges are not refundable
  • If freight was included in the sale price, this amount will be deducted from the refund
  • Opened or installed sanitation products cannot be returned
  • Special order items may incur a 15% restocking fee

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been assessed and confirmed to meet the above conditions.

Incorrect Item Supplied

If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it.

If you receive the wrong product or there is incorrect information displayed on our website:

  • We will supply the correct item or provide a refund
  • We will cover return freight costs
  • We will reimburse reasonable shipping expenses

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Warranty Claims

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Typical warranty periods:

  • Appliances – 12 months
  • Spare parts – 3 months

Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and generally involve repair or replacement of the faulty item.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during transit
  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications

We recommend unpacking and inspecting your goods upon arrival.

If you notice transit damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
